Custom Order Policy
Important: Due to the personalized nature of our products, all custom neon signs are made-to-order specifically for you. As such, custom orders are generally non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun.
Design Approval Process
Before production begins:
- You will receive a digital mockup of your custom design
- You have the opportunity to request revisions
- Once you approve the design, production begins
- After approval and production start, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded
Standard (Non-Custom) Products
For non-customized, ready-made signs listed on our website:
30-Day Return Window
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- A 15% restocking fee may apply
