We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

1.3 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into this agreement.

2.1 Product Descriptions

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, colors, and images are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that descriptions are error-free, complete, or current. Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.

2.2 Custom Orders

Most Neonistic products are custom-made based on the customer’s specifications. Once the design is approved and production begins, the order cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or refunded.

2.3 Order Modifications

Customers may request modifications to an order within 5 hours of placing the order. After this period, changes cannot be guaranteed as the order may already be in production.

2.4 Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and may change without prior notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed.

2.5 Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, incorrect information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3.1 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods displayed on our website. Payment must be completed in full at the time of order placement.

3.2 Payment Security

All payment transactions are encrypted and securely processed by our payment providers. We do not store credit card information on our servers.

3.3 Tax

4.1 Shipping Times

Production and shipping time estimates are provided for reference only. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

4.2 Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping information. Neonistic is not responsible for orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly by the customer.

4.3 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.

4.4 International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country.

Neonistic does not offer returns or refunds.

If a product arrives damaged or broken, customers may qualify for a replacement under the following conditions:

    •  Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

    •  Customers must provide clear photos and video proof of the damage

    •  Photos must include the product and its packaging

If the claim is verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, modifications, or accidents after delivery is not eligible for replacement.

6.1 Ownership

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and designs, is the property of Neonistic and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

6.2 Custom Designs

By submitting custom designs, logos, or text, you confirm that you have the legal rights to use the submitted content and that it does not violate any third-party intellectual property rights.

You grant Neonistic a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the submitted content solely for the purpose of producing your order.

6.3 Prohibited Use

Our products and website may not be used for unlawful purposes or in ways that violate these Terms and Conditions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neonistic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or purchase of our products.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

Products are provided as-is without guarantees beyond those explicitly stated in these Terms.

By using our website and placing an order, you agree that Neonistic may collect and use certain personal information such as your name, email address, shipping address, and payment details for the purpose of processing orders, providing customer support, and improving our services.
